School Office:
Our office hours are from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The staff is always available to answer any questions or assist you with any request. However, please remember, they are not generally a message center for students. If you have special instructions for your child regarding after school activities, please send a note with your child in the morning so their teacher is aware of a change in routine. The teacher is the one who makes sure the student goes home the way they should. We do understand that there are situations that may change your plans unexpectedly, and do not mind notifying the teacher directly. Our office staff cheerfully takes messages for the teachers, however, they generally do not connect telephone calls through to the classroom except in the case of emergencies.
The AES office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00.
